Shipping/Return/Exchange Policy



All items are final sale. There will be no returns. This includes any orders with promotional codes or gift cards. When you finalize your order and receive a tracking number. You are agreeing to the standards that there will be no refunds issued. 

Exchange (Only For Clothing)

  • All sales are final. 
  • You have a 14 day exchange grace period  and once the order exceeds that time frame, unfortunately we cannot exchange any items. This does not apply during sales. When items are discounted, they are final sale.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tag attached.

  • You will also be responsible for a reshipment fee to reship the order. 


Lip Care Product Guidelines

All lip care products are homemade. All of our ingredients are listed in the description under each products. If you are allergic to anything or have second thoughts about the ingredients that we use. We ask that you consult with your doctor for the okay approval to purchase the item. However, if you want to take the risk you can order and test a small amount on your arm to see if you have a reaction to any of the product. Again, we are not responsible to any reaction that may occur because you used our products. 



It takes 1-3 days to process your order and 1-3 days to deliver your order. 

All orders will require signature confirmation to ensure everyone get their package. Also, we will be adding insurance to all packages. We understand mailmen may leave packages in the open or you may have sticky finger neighbors. Therefore, signature confirmation is require for all orders. Insurance is added if by any chance a claim is needed to be file through the shipping carrier.

Any order that we shipped off and is sent back to us, will be granted store credit excluding the shipping fee.

All items are shipped via USPS.

Any item that is received by USPS is now your responsibility and USPS. We did our part in preparing your order and sending it off to USPS safely, so that it can  be shipped to you. We will not be held responsible for any item that has been lost, stolen or damage. If you have any issues with your package please call +1-800-275-8777 or visit your local USPS to assist you.

International Delivery

We do offer international delivery. We advise to triple check the address provided for the delivery. Once the order has been shipped off, there is nothing we can do to change the delivery address. A refund will not be granted because we have already sent it off to the address provided. International shipping may take 1-6 days to be delivered after processing. We will try our best to speed up the processing time for your order. Once the order has left our facility, anything beyond that will be under your control. We did our part in bringing your items safely to the post office to be delivered to you. Explozay Stylez will not be responsible for any customs restriction, tariffs or other regulations that may apply at Customs in any country. Any duties or taxes that is require will be your responsibility to handle. If they're is any issue, we advise you to call your custom office and they will have all the resources to help you with receiving your order. Also, before ordering we ask that you check your customs office regulations and procedure to verify if your items will be clear through customs with no issues.


All International Order Are Shipped Via DHL

Any item that is received by DHL is now your responsibility and DHL. We did our part in preparing the item and sending it off to DHL safely so that it can reach you. Pre-Order Items

Any item that is label as Pre-Order will take approximately 10 days to process excluding weekend and holidays.
